- Each category (security, account, system, features) has independent toggles for email and in-app delivery.
- Security-critical events (password change, suspicious sign-in) are always delivered by email and can't be turned off.
- Settings save automatically and take effect on the next notification of that type.

You can toggle delivery channels (email, in-app) for several categories - security alerts, account changes, system announcements, and feature updates. Turn off categories you don't want without disabling everything.
Some notifications are required - security-critical events like password changes and suspicious sign-ins are always delivered by email regardless of your preferences. Anything you can't toggle off is in that category.
Changes save automatically; the next notification of each type uses the new settings.
