- Email is changed from Settings → Profile.
- A verification email is sent to the new address after save.
- The change isn't applied until the verification link is clicked.
- Until verified, login continues to use the old email.
- Lost access to the old address? Contact [email protected] with proof of ownership.
Update your account email from /workspace/settings?tab=profile.
- Open Settings → Profile.
- Edit the Email field.
- Save. We'll send a verification email to the new address.
- Click the verification link in that email to confirm the change.
Until you click the verification link, your account login still uses the old email. If you no longer have access to the old address and need to recover, contact [email protected] with proof of account ownership.
