- Opening the verification link in the email titled "Verify your email" activates your MTF account.
- Expired links can be replaced by signing in and using the resend verification prompt.
- Allow up to 10 minutes for delivery and check spam before requesting another email.
- If the signup email had a typo, contact [email protected] to correct it.
After signup we send a verification link to your email. Opening that link activates your account.
- Check your inbox for an email from MTF with the subject "Verify your email".
- Click Verify email in the message. You'll land on a confirmation page in MTF.
- If the link has expired, request a new one - sign in and follow the banner prompt, or use the resend verification email action.
Common reasons the email doesn't arrive: it's in your spam folder, your provider is delaying delivery (allow up to 10 minutes), or the address has a typo. If you typed the wrong email, contact [email protected] so we can correct it.
